Acroweld (HV) is a solvent-based high Viscosity acrylic adhesive that is primarily used for pasting all types of acrylic sheets. It is also suitable for gap filling in minor parts having small gaps up to 3-5mm. This is a transparent adhesive which dries clear and leaves a glossy finish. This adhesive has honey-like appearance and normally takes 15-25 minutes to offer initial strength. The complete curing generally takes 24 hours.
Applications:
1. For pasting Acrylic with Acrylic, wood and certain plastics like PC, Nylon, ABS etc and is suitable for both lamination and T-joints. It can paste certain metal substrates also if one of the substrates to be pasted is porous.
2. For making acrylic shields/trophies, 3D letters, podiums, nameplates, keyrings, donation boxes, creative acrylic artefacts, bubble wall making, display boxes- showcase, soap dispensers, mobile charging stations, electric meter box, jewellery box, temple models, card holder, pen holder, mobile stand, photo frames, make-up organiser, aquariums etc.

Stifflock Debonder Plus is used for removing dried CA Glue Stains from different ranges of surfaces and can prove an excellent solution to correct accidental bonding of two surfaces by weakening the bond. It can also be used to unstick the bonded fingers as a flushing solvent for dispensing systems. It may take a few minutes to dissolve the bond and thus the bonded surface should be kept immersed in debonder for a few minutes. It is advised to test the product on a small surface first as it, might not match/be compatible with a few plastics and paint.
